Parenting Time:

Parenting time, also known as visitation, is the amount of time each parent is entitled to spend with the children by order of the court. Generally speaking, the court will adopt any parenting time schedule agreed to by the parties.

Judgment Modification:

A judgment regarding custody, parenting time, child support and / or spousal support (alimony) may be modified if the circumstances which existed at the time the judgment was entered have significantly changed.
