Pre & Postnuptial Agreements:

A prenuptial agreement is a contract which is entered into before a marriage. A postnuptial agreement is a contract entered into during a marriage. Both contracts normally direct how property and debts will be distributed and whether either party will be supported by the other in the event of a divorce or legal separation.

Grandparent Rights:

In some circumstances, a third party, including a grandparent, who has developed a psychological bond with a child over a significant period of time can be awarded visitation rights with the child or legal custody of the child by the court over the objection of the legal parents.
